COMPARISON OF POST-PROCESSING TECHNIQUES FOR OPTIMIZING THE QUALITY OF CARDIAC MAGNETIC RESONANCE T1 MAPPING IMAGES

چکیده
BackgroundMyocardial T1 mapping is well established as a quantitative, non-invasive tool for myocardial tissue characterization (1). Incidence of abnormal myocardium are common in patients with cardiomyopathies but may additionally stem from anatomical misalignment due to motion (2). The latter influence not truly representative myocardium, thus result falsely elevated values and impair the image quality (IQ) images. Two techniques: MOdified Look-Locker Inversion recovery Motion Correction (MOLLI-MOCO) MOLLI-MOCO deep learning (MOLLI-MOCO-DL), have been proposed target these limitations (3,4).Methods ResultsEighteen were scanned on 3T SIGNA Premier (GE Healthcare, Milwaukee, USA). Three slices acquired short-axis orientation using MOLLI sequence. Images further processed both MOLLI-MOCO-DL. global segmental measured cvi42 (Circle Cardiovascular Imaging Inc, Calgary, Canada) each MOLLI, MOLLI-MOCO, MOLLI-MOCO-DL blinded, cross-sectional analysis. An experienced reader also evaluated IQ 4-point Likert scale where 1 = non-diagnostic IQ, 2 diagnostic many artefacts, 3 few 4 perfect IQ. Normal values, obtained cohort healthy volunteers, used classify segments increased (greater than SD), normal (within SD) or decreased (lower (5). the evaluation and comparison of two esp textbooks available on the iranian market for teaching english to the students of medicine
abstract this study evaluated and compared medical terminology and english for the students of medicine (ii) as two representatives of the textbooks available on the iranian market for teaching english to the students of medicine. this research was performed on the basis of a teacher’s and a number of students’ attitudes and the students’ needs analysis for two reasons: first, to investigate...
15 صفحه اولcomparison of catalytic activity of heteropoly compounds in the synthesis of bis(indolyl)alkanes.
heteropoly acids (hpa) and their salts have advantages as catalysts which make them both economically and environmentally attractive, strong br?nsted acidity, exhibiting fast reversible multi-electron redox transformations under rather mild conditions, very high solubility in polar solvents, fairly high thermal stability in the solid states, and efficient oxidizing ability, so that they are imp...
15 صفحه اولstrategies for assessing diffusion anisotropy on the basis of magnetic resonance images: comparison of systematic errors
diffusion weighted imaging uses the signal loss associated with the random thermal motion of water molecules in the presence of magnetic field gradients to derive a number of parameters that reflect the translational mobility of the water molecules in tissues. with a suitable experimental set-up, it is possible to calculate all the elements of the local diffusion tensor (dt) and derived paramet...
